American Justice Project is a newly-formed non-profit aimed at bringing greater accountability and reform to Connecticut state and local governments and seeking justice for those who have been harmed by the system. The will serve as a vast resource hub and action center with the tagline: "Justice in the palm of your hands". In the design brief, it was noted that they want their initialism AJP to be the key to their name and brand. They also liked the idea of a torch or eternal flame for justice. Combining these ideas, I hand-drew the letters AJP in the form of a red-hot flame, giving it a fiery red to orange gradient. This gradient is then repeated in the word JUSTICE.
