Ocean Connect Logo

Ocean Connect's mission is to inspire students from underrepresented backgrounds to find careers connected with the ocean. For this logo, I wanted to focus on the idea of connection. I turned the O in Ocean and the C in Connect into interlocking rings. To align it with the ocean theme, I used a gradient of blues as the color palette and transformed the C in Connect into a wave. Given that their demographic is high schoolers, I paired the graphic with a futuristic, almost game-like font-type.
